1. I bought the course but did not receive my sign instruction email. Check your junk folder. It is there.
2. I graduated more than a year ago and i cannot access the course.
When you purchased the course, you got one year access. We don't require an annual renewal of your certifiation. We do charge for purchasing an additional six months. Go the site. You will see where you can purchase.
3. I passed the exam and downloaded my certificate and my checklist, but i can't find my logo's to download.
Go to your checklist and you will see exactly how to download the NHCB logo.
