It depends. If the builder they represent is not actively attempting to build a new home co-broker network and is not that concerned about Realtor relations, we would say "No".
But a definite 'yes' if the builder is aggressively reaching out for co-broker sales and wants to see what is being taught by our course. Our research shows us that the fact the builder writes the contract ranks higher than the fact they manage the transaction, for example. Why is this important for the builder to know? Because you don't hear much about this in their co-broker promotions. Nor do you hear much about the Realtors number one concern, the builder's reputation.
