About The Author, David Fletcher, NHCB

The author's public relations firm merged with the firm's largest client, American Housing and Developmet, Inc, developers of Bay Island in St. Petersburg, Fl.

He served as executive vice president for three years, then opened his brokerage,

From that day forward, he specialized exclusively in representing condominium developers as the exclusive listing agent. He saw Realtors in
action from the builder's side.

Along the way, he was a marketing consultant or broker of record for 27 lender workouts, converted 11
apartments to condominiums, and represented 16 subdivisions and one TPC golf
course community.

He recruited, trained, and supervised onsite sales teams who sold more than $3 billion
in new construction.

David was a  featured speaker for the National Association of Realtors, chaired the Sales and Marketing Council for the Florida
Home Builders Association, and is the author of Condominium Sales and Listings,
